Cancellations
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day (24 hours) before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the cost of your service. This allows me adequate time to call clients on my wait list.
No shows/No cancellation notice will be charged 100% of the service booked.
In order to avoid spreading illness to other clients, please call and reschedule.

It can be a very relaxing experience. Usually you will have some slight blushing and shine to your face (this is normal), may feel firm and soft to the touch. You may NOT want to schedule a facial after any hair procedures because cleansers and oils may get in your hair. There may be a need for extractions of black heads and such. This can some times be uncomfortable. I make ever effort to make this process quick and as pain free as possible.
And please come in with thoughts of relaxing and getting away from life for a moment in a serene and quiet enviornment. You deserve it.....

Many of my clients fall asleep under it. It is warm, soothing and a little bright. You may wear goggles or not. Without goggles the light will be brighter but you get an eye treatment at the same time. You will be under the light for 20 minutes. It is a unique and relaxing experience for most:)
Payments
Cash and check is preferred. However, I do accept most major credit cards and Zelle. Thank you.
Returns
Thank you so much for your purchase and helping to feed rescued cats and dogs. You are meowsome! We value you as a customer and your satisfaction is very important to us.
We have a 30-day customer catisfied return policy. Which means, if you are dissatisfied with any product purchased from us for any reason, you may return the item(s) within 30 days for an exchange or refund.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@susanroxby.com. We will provide you with a return authorization number and a pre-paid return label will be sent to you via email.
Please be advised that prior authorization is required on all returns and exchanges. Any return or exchange sent to us without return authorization cannot be accepted. Return acceptance is at the sole discretion of Susan Roxby Skin Care & Waxing.
Please allow up to two weeks for the return to be processed, at which time a credit or exchange will be made depending on your request. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to show on your account.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please be aware that it's normal for palettes to have some dusting around the outside of the pans - this is not considered damage.
If your product is damaged (e.g., cracked or broken), please reach out to us at info@susanroxby.com with necessary information and photographic evidence for investigation. We’ll do all that we can to provide the best solution depending on each situation.
Item doesn't arrive
If an item does not arrive, please contact us immediately at info@susanroxby.com so we can investigate the situation and file a claim with the carrier if need be for your lost package.
Refusal of delivery
Refusal of delivery will incur a $10 restocking fee and outbound shipping will not be refunded. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to appear once we process the return. please be advised that refused or unclaimed international orders will not be refunded,
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@susanroxby.com.
Shipping
Thank you for your purchase. We strive to fullfill and ship your order as soon as we can. Please review the information below and contact us at info@susanroxby.com with any questions.
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or
delivered on weekends or holidays.
Ship Times: All order, once processed and fullfulled, will ship to you in 4 to 6 business days. Including processing time you will usually receive you purchase in 5 - 9 business days. However,If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments maybe delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. We will email you with any delays as soon as we know about them. Thank you for your patience in advance.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: FREE Shipping Guarantee. We offer FREE shipping on all orders. I don't know about you but I can't stand being surprise with a shipping fee when I am ready to place an order. You will never have that surprise with us:) Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Susan Roxby Skin Care & Waxing is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
International Shipping: We currently only ship in the USA.
Returns Policy: Our Return & Refund Policy provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order.
Waxing
First-time waxing clients require (3) three weeks of out-growth for proper hair removal.
Waxing may not be done on clients using Retin-A, Renova, AHA, or BHA products. Waxing will not be performed while using the acne drug Accutane or similar medications. You must wait at least 6 months after discontinuing this drug to wax.
We use Clean plus easy roll-on wax and Nufree Soy wax.
